(no subject)
i went to the BIZEACH this weekend! we really only had one full day there though. i went with caroline's family and daniel and sean, twas a good crowd.
friday i got to leave early which was a plus. friday night we had crazy ping pong tournaments which got a little violent but it was all good.
saturday we all got up late and had a huuuge breakfast and then beached it...
okay so i accomplished SUNBURN in october. what a feat. but anyway the water was warm and we played volleyball and football and bocce ball and had punting contests which hurt like a motherrrr.... so after the beach we went into the neighbor's pool and it was freeezing so we got out and biked to H-Town (aka harbor town for all of you non-hilton head folk). then we came back for dinner...had a few intense card games...ah yes i forgot the part where we crammed into the shower together because we all wanted the first one and no one would get out. that was a key event. ummm we went to south beach and got some key lime pie at the salty dog that was muy delicioso.
sunday we were gonna go to the beach but right as we were about to leave it poured so we just left early. we stopped like twenty times for food and i got a humongo cone at DQ and decided that that is now my new favorite ice cream place. oh we also watched friends in the car and i nearly cried i was laughing so hard at the ms pac man episode. so that was my weekend, it was fun i got sunburned and now its back to la escuela. not too much going on this week.
well, both our instructors randomly left so now we have a few new people and i'm having a lesson with jeanne on thursday. friday is the ridgehaven show that i *think* i'm going to...hm. i should make some actual plans.
