Haha sorry about that. And I haven't even been listening to the radio lately. Just a random brain spaz. Sort of like when I get random urges to listen to BBMac, or Avril Lavigne (her FIRST cd, too).
So, apparently, we were going to have this big Chem Quarterly today, but Mr. R. wasn't here, so a sub was in for him. And everyone was pouring into the classroom early to cram and to brag about how they studied until three in the morning, so the sub tells us, "Actually...your teacher never left me anything." Then, sound sort of stopped for a second, while everyone digested this. At first people were really annoyed, because, after all, three in the morning is late to be cramming polyatomic ions in your head. I was pretty annoyed, too, but you know...I'll live! But Amy and Marisa were mad that they'd screwed over Calc to study for this quarterly, so they went into Reid's office and searched it, and eventually found it.
"BURN IT!" "RIP IT UP!" "Get it out of my sight!!!" "THROW IT OUT, QUICK!"
Pete: *smiles angelically* "Actually...give it here and let me have a quick peek??"
So, we had to start it, about twenty minutes into the period. After the bell for second period rang, the sub told us that we had to finish the retarded thing in one sitting, so no one could leave, even if they had other classes. But a lot of people had tests in the period following (Calc for juniors, Span for me), so no one could stay. All i'm saying is Mr. R better give us extra time on Monday. Or else my grade is taking a nose dive into the C minuses for sure.
I strongly dislike Mr. Reid. People from Downing's class are complaining how they have A averages when they could have A PLUSES, and I'm probably barely scratching a B in his freaking class. I know a B is good to some people, but I'm working my ass off to try and bring it up by spending hours learning homework he doesn't even manage to teach.
I don't understand! I hear he's a good guidance counselor! Why doesn't he just stick with that job??
Track started again, after a one-day break. It was snowing out, though (!!) so we had to stay inside. People kept stopping to stick their heads out the window.
When I was standing by my locker at Dissmissal talking to Jackie the other day, some retarded, cocky guys came up and slapped me on the ass. I hate the people in our grade. I just want to kick them in the ego.
