BIRTHDAY COUNTDOWN: 2 days
Just watched the men's 1,500m swimming and the women's 100 x 4 individual medley. One thousand five hundred!! Do you know how many laps that is in the typical school pool?? Sixty laps!! In the Olympic pool, it's only thirty.
But Olympic swimming ends tomorrow, which sucks. I've seriously been following it so religiously. I've watched practically every single swimming race (i say practically cuz there might be some in there that i might've missed), whether it's men's, women's, semifinals, or finals, since it's so exciting. Of course, men's is funner to watch, since it has the obvious benefit of containing a very high concentration of shirtless guys. (What??!! It does!!) Wudan has already admitted it that she watches because she thinks Michael Phelps is hot. (It's just too bad he's got that funny underbite thing going on.) I disagree: Ryan Lochte is much cuter. You know...the guy who got silver under Phelps in the 100m individual medley yesterday? He looks a bit like Hermes in those picture books Ms. McGrath used to read us last year during Mythology, actually. Oh, and the guy that almost got DQed yesterday! Aaron Piersol! He's pretty cute, also.

I'm going to leave now. i think the heat has deflated my brain into cheerleader porportions.
