i can't remember/didn't catch the context tho, just that sentence/phrase. it caught my ear. there's lots to make of it, or not...

i heard a joke on the radio (i htink it was) a while ago - i wrote it down so's i'd remember it (cos it pleased me/i liked it), and i've just found the envelope i wrote it on....

maybe it needs to be heard/said rather than read/written *shrug*

play ('none of the above') turned out to be an exploration of some of the outcomes of gender-assignment (or not) of intersex people. quite interesting imo *smile*

(and nothing to do with RR! tho the first five minutes rung a chord)

right now on radio 4 the afternoon play seems to be about a gender re/assignment consultant (makes me wonder to any reference to RR?)... which links in nicely (well, not too tenusously) with some of my today's activities - read more on a genderqueer filtered post (opt in here) to follow...
