mobile phone unlocking - help request
it appears that if i wish to use my phone while in canada (which might be useful), i'm not going to be able to do that as currently is - it appears its one of the countries that i can't as a pay-as-you-go user - and i probalby need to get the phone unlocked, and pick up a local SIM card. if i pay my current mobile network provider to do it, they can't necessarily get the code to me before i go. so i need to look at other options. any advice/suggestions/dos/don'ts appreciated. thanks in advance/anticipation...
