i heard a joke on the radio (i htink it was) a while ago - i wrote it down so's i'd remember it (cos it pleased me/i liked it), and i've just found the envelope i wrote it on....

Q: why are pirates called pirates?

A: i dunno, they just arrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...

maybe it needs to be heard/said rather than read/written *shrug*
