So, I really enjoyed this, and your amazing Rachel voice, from the dreams to the reality that felt like one but wasn't. And though I adore Finn (I think the delicious Cory M has something to do with it), you made my heart ache for that impossible diva child, which is a new thing for me :)

Penultimate line, dad's should be dads.

Thank you so much! I like Finn well enough, but I usually want to shake him. I was kind of horribly mean to him in this. It's not his fault.

This is all kinds of awesome. Usually when I find a great Jesse/Rachel (and those are few, world needs more J/R fic), it's written from Jesse's POV. This was a great Rachel POV. Her feelings about Finn were very believable; as were her feelings about Jesse- they had no ending, I could totally believe she would be haunted to seek him out again. Loved it - hope you will write more of this pairing.

And OMG, you wrote a Bridgerton fic - I didn't even know there was JQuinn fanfic out there. Loved it!! Captured them perfectly!

This was completely amazing! Your characterizations are spot on. I especially love your Rachel. She's a bit over-the-top in a very subtle, not over-the-top way that I just love and is perfect for this. Also, this fixes so many things and manages to fix almost nothing all at the same time. And it's beautiful that way, and very Rachel/Jesse. I love it.

he's wearing his ridiculous leather jacket, the one that she knows he wears because he thinks it makes him look like a brunette James Dean. She never had the heart to tell him how wrong he was.

I loved this bit so much. It manages to capture so much about Jesse and his confidence that I love, and how Rachel views that and respects it.
