These are pictures from January to March. He's done a lot in that time... walking, talking, exploring... At his physical last month he was 22 lbs.10 oz. (80th%) and 30 inches (93rd%). He had met all his 9 mo benchmarks and most of his 12 month benchmarks. Being an over achiever must be genetic. Since he looks so much like his dad, it is nice to have him taking after me in someway other than stubbornness. There are lots of little anecdotes and videos that I want to post, but this is for now.
Cruisin'
Maclan has just started cruising. He just pulled himself up and is so proud of himself.
Cruisin'
Cruisin' whoops
Lost his balance...
Cruisin'
Regained his balance all on his own.
Reading
Mac loves to look at books whether they are right side up or not.
Watch out!...
...or he'll eat you.
Strong
Yes, Mac is indeed doing a one armed push up off my leg!
Bath time

Funny face
Mac and Daddy
mmmmm...
Mac will in fact eat anything, animal (the cat), plant (a book) or mineral (place mat.... would that be mineral?)
Rings
Blocks
Mac is trying to stack some blocks. He doesn't have the coordination for it yet, but he tries real hard. :-)
Taking off!
Mac started really walking within a couple of days of turning 9 months. He looks like he's running though in this picture.
I have an idea!
Not always happy..
While Maclan is a very happy most of the time, he can't really wail when you try to get him cleaned up; especially when the facecloth is cold.
The stare down
The cat was eyeing Maclan's cheese and he was staring her down.
The Stare Down
Maclan blows razberries at the cat.
The Stare Down
Mac wins the stare down.
The Stare Down
I can just see him thinking.. "no cheese for you cat!"
