Gratitudes
I'm greatful for the yummy carmel corn I'm eating right now!
I'm greatful for the healing rain that has been coming down most the day.
I'm greatful all my lj friends and friends in general.
I'm greatful for the thought provoking session I had today.
I'm greatful for the wonderful crystal that I have around my workspace.
I'm greatful for the beatiful wonderful cicle of friends I have. We go out often and are always there for one another. In fact we are going on a hiking trip this weekend. Should be fun.
I'm greatful for the enjoyable job I have. I work with animals Monday through friday 8a-4p. Everyone here knows about the healing I do and they are fine and dandy with it. So when I meditate over a cat there just like "that's t!" LOL. Just today we got in a all white cat. It came in all dirty but after a good bath it looked beautiful.
I'm greatful for the wonderfully healthy body I have! I lungs have expaned a lot I can breath a whole lot easier. Today I'm eating an all fruit smootie for snack before I leave work and when I get home I'm going to have portebella/chicken/rice dinner. MMMMmmmm
I'm greatful for beautiful wife. She has supported me through so many changes in my life. Just yesterday I had a moment where I reacted like I would in the abuse.....she just asked me what I needed and didn't respond in anger. She is so supportive. I'm buying her flowers today after I get out of work and surprising her after she gets out of the gym.
I'm greatful that nature is my backyard. This morning I woke up early and set out for a walk on the path before work. It was so nice. I was able to see the sunrise and just sit and meditate for a while by the waters edge. Serene.
