This weekend taught me that I most definitely hate being a part of drama. I enjoy watching it, but I can't stand being in the middle of it.
Drama #1:
Trent called Jesse on Saturday. For those of you who don't know, Trent has been a source of drama in and of himself for the past couple of weeks. Basically, Trent's babies' mamma is psychotic and thinks that Jesse is sleeping with Trent. She therefore wants to kill Jesse. Two weeks ago, she hit Jesse in the face, and Jesse called the police. Trent had outstanding warrents against him, and he freaked out. He got in the car with Megan, which was just stupid, and almost got caught. He had to jump out of a moving vehicle to run from the cops. On the other hand, nothing at all happened to Megan because she used her kids to make the officer feel sorry for her. Now, I have to try to get my whitness statement to count for something.
Well, we hadn't heard from Trent since this happened until last Saturday night. He called Jesse completely out of the blue. He wanted to know what we were doing that night, as if nothing had happened at all! Anyway, we forgave him for letting Megan hit Jesse, and he forgave us for almost getting him arrested. As it turns out, he got caught on Friday anyway. He went to jail for a night, then was released. He's going to get probation and some community service, then he's free. He said that it was all for the best anyway, because now he doesn't have to worry about Megan threatening to calling the cops on him anymore.
Still, I'm confused and upset about the whole thing. Trent was kinda' shady to us when all we did was try to help him out. I don't know, maybe that one will sort itself out in time.
Drama #2:
I am really pissing Katie off. The other day, I was over at Dogboy's looking for Donnie. I had just turned in my apartment key for Woodruff and I wanted to make sure Donnie did the same. Donnie wasn't there, but Smurf was. Not only was he there, but Katie wasn't there. Patrick was a total sweetheart. He could tell I was upset at how Donnie had treated me during the whole moving process (i.e. putting my dirty dishes in a trash bag), so he was cuddling with me to make me feel better. Well, it worked. I felt much better. Although, when Katie showed up later (Patrick and I had separated at this point), she wasn't too happy to see me. Since then, she's been giving me the evil eye.
That's ok, because I want to beat her face in for hitting Smurf. I was recently told that she beats him on a regular basis. There was one time where she locked him in his room and was hitting him. Annabelle had to break the door open to rescue him. Grrrrrrrrrrr... Not cool. Nobody hurts my Smurf.
Drama #3:
Not only am I pissing one jealous girlfriend off, but two! Lately, Jr. has been very touchy-feely with me and Jesse. Heather is really not liking this. I'm not doing anything to encourage the boy, but he seems to think that I'm his dream girl. In fact, he told me that he wishes he had met me first. He thinks I can "make the anger go away", whatever that means. I'm not out to save anybody but myself right now. Jr. is just a little too melodramatic for my tastes. He's cute, but not in the forever kind of way that he's talking about. He would be so bad for me. Plus, he's not exactly the brightest crayon in the box, and I need a guy who can keep up with me intellectually. If he was single, maybe he'd be a good rebound guy for me, but he's definitely not boyfriend material. So now, Heather is giving him a lot of shit. She's even pissed off that he's gone back to work to make some extra money, because it means that she won't see him all day long. Jebus, woman! Give the man a break!
Ok, that's my current drama. I'm sure many of you are confused because I've introduced some new people and skimmed over some very complicated situations. If you have any questions, let me know.
