Things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. When you are mindless, bored and need a way to suck away time. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.
1) Work out: It's just fantastic. Whether you're doing cardio or weight training. It doesn't matter if you're the smallest tor the biggest person there, every rep, every step is makes you feel better. And it's clinically proven that exercise produces endorphines that make you feel good.
2) Bike riding: It's not the destination it's the journey. Just hopping on a biking and cruising down the hills and peddling back up them brings me a feeling of serenity.
3) Write: Anything, fiction, non-fiction and diary of some sort... it doesn't matter. It's a great way to let out everything you're feeling.
4) A rumble: Boys will be boys and my boys and I rumble every so often. We like to fight and sweat and bleed and it's sweet as all hell.
5) Video games: Particularly with a lot of action and killing of bad guys, my current game is Advent Rising... excellent.
