They put up the Expert D&D rulebook on that pdf page, also for five dollars. That means, that for ten dollars, plus about five dollars (maybe?) for dice, you can get enough stuff to play one of the best versions of D&D forever. Beats paying 40 dollars for a new rulebook; especially when you need two more books that cost a similar amount! If you've ever thought about playing D&D, this is definitely the time to jump in!
