Alternative Chick Rocker of the 90's Video of the Day
Okay, the first few videos I've linked too haven't been very visually interesting. This one has lots of strange imagery, though, so it should pick up the slack. I first saw this video on the then-new FX channel's music video show, hosted by Orlando Jones among others. I remember it taking six months for MTV to put up a 'world premiere' video I had seen already on FX. I believe this was among those videos.
Anyway, this is the Cranberries, who had a lot of hits, but this is the one I liked the most. Indeed, I'm quite fond of this song. Apparently I'm not the only one, since this is the only song of theirs I hear on the radio anymore. There are three versions of the video, but this one is my favorite, due to the aforementioned weird imagery. It's very vivid, much like the song itself.
