Well, it's something we can work on anyways.

Anyways, people should be divided into groups that they're comfortable with. The reason why we work so well as a group is because we all know one another's strengths and weaknesses so well. We could of course expand Team Avatar to include a few other people if we need to. For people without that kind of great team dynamic, we can work on finding some squad leaders and trying to work out a group of people who are compatible with eachother.
