Wtf. You have a job already? Possible employers are still going through my background check. Lucky, lucky soul. :) Keep holding up the homefront and the summer isolation will pass.
Yessir, I have a job. That is the world that is Jimmy.
"Holding up the homefront?" In Spring Hill? I think perhaps you need a return visit to Spring Hill in order to re-learn exactly what "holding up the homefront" in Spring Hill entails.
Good luck with the job, though. Steady on as she goes!
Go back to Spring Hill???? Me??? Eh. I'd like to see you guys, but it probably wouldn't pull with the job schedule. Hehe, thanks for the nice thoughts--'cause I just got me that job today. :) And best of luck with yours, too!
Dude, seriously. But not B, B n B. . . I should be so lucky. . . I begin training tomorrow morning as a cashier at Harris Teeter (supermarket chain in the Carolinas and Virginia). Just got my maroon smock today and the company polo shirt will be in by the end of my training. :)
I don't get my 11 copies of the same basic Jiffy Lube uniform until next week, which means I have to work in what used to be my nice black pants and my nice black shirt. Outside. In 90+-degree weather.
I should suggest to the manager that the basic uniform be changed to maroon smocks. Hm.
