I've been saying every day for almost a month now that I'm going to clean off my studio work bench of all the glass from the making of the Christmas ornaments. Unfortunately, there were excuses every day or more fun things to do. Finally today I got a real good start on it and I'll finish it up tomorrow. Now I feel I can move forward with some other art work that I've been wanting to do, but just never had the space to work on. It was horrible!!! I bought about a dozen new plastic bins to put things in, label and better organize because most of it is going back down into the shed on shelves.
I feel good about the progress I made today.
It was a warm breezy day, about 80 degrees and finally some sun after many days of overcast skies. Not really much else to report. I'm still laying low here until my face heals up. I doesn't seem like it will though until they remove all of the cancer cells. I'm supposed to call the doctor on Thursday to get the results of the biopsy and see what the next step is to be. I'm trying not to think about what will come next for me.
Here's a little GIF I made many years ago when I was visiting the old homestead in PA. I made it from a bunch of pictures my sister took of me through the little cubby hole that Dad made for the phone that's built in between the kitchen and living room. I hope I loaded it right and it comes through for you to see.
