I had such a great day yesterday! Just what I needed, to spend time with a good friend. Here are some of the highlights.
(I was too lazy to go through the formula to enlarge all these pictures, so if you want to see them bigger and better, you'll have to click on them.)
Priscilla and I had our most favorite lunch of green vegetable curry at Thai Lotus, and topped it off with the delicious Thai coffee. Then we went to her house.
Here is some of the slab glass she is going to use in her window.
A stump with lichen by her door.

If you've ever priced the "wave molds" for slumping, they are quite expensive. My friend, Betty, who is a wonderful clay artist, so generously custom made me these just to fit in my kiln. I just unpacked them last night. I am so excited to use them.
After dinner, Pete and I went to see Maria. It was her 11th birthday. Here she is with her cousin, Zack. She got an I-POD that she was very excited about.
When we got there, Tracy and Maria were playing frisbee in the front yard. Tracy throwing.
Maria catching.
Good catch, Tracy.
In Priscilla's bathroom is this sign on the mirror. Of course, my camera goes with me everywhere, and I couldn't resist this picture.
