That's interesting that the reflection has more detail than the actual bird. You really do notice the details. And you are very good at reflections. Very lovely photos :)

When the waters are fairly still the reflections can be amazing and so full of detail. I find photographing white birds and getting the nice detail of a darker bird is difficult for me. If the light is too bright, then they are all "blown out" showing hardly any details. Here I was shooting about 3:30 in the afternoon and just not a good light.

I know what you mean about photos getting 'blown out'. Yes, 3.30pm is still too early and bright. Your white birds are dazzling!

I loved the reflection photos, though. I love how they are all wavy, especially the one in the middle :)

Awww . . . thank you. I've been creating different mediums of art since I was 12 years old, but the camera (five years ago) has opened my eyes and helped me see things and see them differently more than anything else.
