Celebrity sighting
Today at work a patient told me I reminded her of Penelope Garcia (played by Kirsten Vangsness) from Criminal Minds. She prefaced this with "Don't take this the wrong way," as if I didn't know I was chubby, with bright red hair, a shiny green headband, big blue and green earrings, blue and black glasses, and wearing a funky white, blue, and green dress with gems around the neckline. I was very pleased with the comparison, and not only because I love that character and covet her collection of eyeglasses. Call me eccentric any time you like. It's my goal to become an eccentric old lady.
