Ring a ding ding...
I just woke up and I'm feeling quite pumped... no idea why though. I think it's 'cause I have 2 assignments due in today and I've finished them on time... LOL. Not bad, ey? I only have 2 more essays to write and I'm feeling pretty confident about finishing those on time. Yay!
Well I turned 19 on Sunday and overall I had an interesting birthday weekend. Friday, we went to this house party held by some Pakistani guys. At first it was really awkward because these guys were just sitting and smoking and drinking. Then we started playing Spin the Bottle, but since none of us girls were into kissing ANY of the guys, the game went to hell. Then, the fun began. They began playing the Bhangra and I was totally into it. Me and these two guys called Wqas and Jibran were dancing quite a bit to the Bhangra... my girlfriends didn't feel like dancing... poo on them. LOL. ;)
Saturday was good too 'cause we went downtown to party - you have to be 19 to party downtown, so 20 minutes before midnight (aka my birthday) the manager of the club allowed me in without paying cover charge. How awesome is that? It was awesome.
Sunday was cool too - my friends fed me TONS of cake and gave me presents. The bummer was that I had to do some assignments for this week, so I had to work. Nevertheless, I enjoyed this year's birthday - it definitely surpasses last years. :D
