Five timely things about your freshman year in college:
1. September 11th. Bleh.
2. I went to thirteen shows. I still have all the Playbills somewhere. I wish I could afford to reignite this habit.
3. The X-Files went from bad to godawful.
4. I got an LJ. Reading those entries now is kind of like pressing my fingernail against my eyeball until it pops.
5. Saturday shifts at Campus Media. These included but were not limited to: much movie/TV on DVD watching, Monopoly (oh, the Monopoly), repeated sightings of Gwenyth Paltrow, a culling of delis for the best bagel and coffee on campus, a talk with a random professor about how to give oneself a home gyno exam.
