camberwell market now has one of those food vans selling vegan/vegie burgers and sausages! they've probably been doing it for a while, just shows how long it's been since i've been there. but there are now so many people going there, it's really crowded and annoying, and most of them don't know market etiquette, such as moving to the side when ( Read more... )

it supplied a cushy support on all those lazy couch days... so all good things really, but it's leaving anyway. according to my fitness assessment i'm too heavy (i should be less than 55 kilos !?!?!) and my percentage body fat is a little too high. but my heart is all fine and dandy, still room for improvement though. or maybe they're just telling me this to get me to pay all that money to use their facilities...hmmmm...

but you're totes scrawny where your pudge ain't!
....um, i think they're a bit messed up in the head if they think you should be less than 55kg...especially if your %body fat is too high, cos in theory you should gain or stay the same weight losing girth replacing fat with muscle...which works the opposite as well- you know i'm a whole lot less muscular than i was in say, yr 10 but i actually weigh less cos it's all fatty now(apart from the fact i'm riding le bike now, so welcome back fitness for free!)
but anywho, that's b/s, cos you're taller then me, and my healthy weight range would be about 58-68(also that's a bit stupid cos often those things don't take into account bone density etc.)
wait a sec...you have a gym.for free.it's not a great gym, but it's got all the basics...unless you're primarily in it for classes/motivationing?
meh. i like my free gym of outside and the occasional yoga/+pilates class!

but then there's the bits where the pudge ai. but yes i thought the 55kg thing was a bit crazy, but i want to get fit and stuff, and the only way that'll really happen is if gym people motivate me with guilt and the fact that i'm paying money for it.
