Garnets and scrolls

Lightly hammered wire and lovely tear drop necklace. It looks so simple and elegant. I've made many of these for my friends, and I  may have just enough garnets for one more set. I have many other stones and colors waiting for their debut in this style.

I agree! I have a sapphire set, a dark purple set, and a white set that we got in Canada (I'm so behind on my homework!). I think the drops are all non-faceted (except for the white/clear ones).

The one we made for Carol's wife was stunning! The white ones I'm debating in using copper or blue wire. But I may just go with the silver because they are faced and it will make it classy.
