Stuffed animals are inanimate objects and cannot love. Thus it should be impossible to cuddle with one by your definition.

Just 'cause they're what you said they are don't mean they don't feel good when you hold them! They're soft, and squishy, and it's a nice pleasant feeling! Don't you ever get all curled up under your blanket and feel better 'cause it's warm and soft?
