The Life of David Gale...

Wow...I just FINALLY saw this movie and it was AWESOME! :) Made me cry a bit. Such a sad ending and it was a surprising ending too. I mean in a mystery murder kind of story, you'd think the 'killer' was this other person that you'd think really did it, but it's not. :)

This will have to go to my list of favorite movies. Makes you think about when someone's going to get killed or is arrested, are they REALLY guilty? I think I would like to give the person a chance if they're released from jail (like David Gale when the charges of him raping this girl was dropped, but he wasn't able to because no one wanted a professor that was arrested for maybe raping a student.), but it's sort of hard to if you think about it. You don't know when you'll actually put yourself in danger. Same thing with inviting homeless people into your home, the stranger could end up hurting you even for you trying to be 'nice' and charitable.

I guess this is where you have to put your faith in God and hope that he'll protect you somehow or if it's your time to die, you die doing something good like giving someone who doesn't have a place to stay or food to eat what they need.

But if you don't help someone out, it sort of makes me feel that I'm a bad person.

Well, it's way too late right now to be thinking more on this. -.- Probably will start giving me a headache. Night. :P
