It's been way too long since I've done this.
It's finally summer, but i'm oddly not excited at all. Summer means change. a new year, new teachers, and two-and-a-half fucking months of nothing. I've never really cared for summer, i'm always bored and wanting to get back to school. To add to that, nearly half of my friends graduated, which is no fun at all.
I've found myself becoming increasingly opinionated lately, especially about people. Such as at graduation yesterday when a (harmless) elderly man kindly asked a man with a camera to move to the side a foot or two. The camera man responded with, and I quote:
"Go fuck yourself, asshole. You get off your fucking ass and fucking move somewhere else. It's not my fucking problem"
What the HELL is wrong with you? That asshole should burn in hell. Some people just don't deserve to be alive, honestly.
And another thing, i'm god damn SICK AND TIRED of hearing people (my age) talking about their bullshit binge drinking, smoking and sex.
If you drink, you're RETARDED. Anyone who drinks at my age deserves to have dire consequences. If they need to get arrested or die in a car crash or whatever to WAKE THE FUCK UP AND DEAL WITH REALITY, that's fine with me.
The same goes for smoking.
If you have sex, you're a WHORE (I'm using this word for both genders). Is that the cool thing to do now? Whatever happened to romantics, and love, even? I'm really going to love laughing at you when you're pregnant (or dealing with someone who is) at 17.
Now for my conceited tangent. Sometimes I think i'm on a separate state of mind from my peers, why do people think this shit is cool? I don't understand it at all.
I've been listening to a lot of newer bands lately, music is my savior.
She Wants Revenge is my new best friend.
"Her every word was in italics,
as it would fall from her lips.
The walls made of broken promises,
he hoped this wouldnt be his."
"The decision is in, there will be no fight.
It might sound cold, but I know its right.
Cause someone must get hurt and it won't be me."
Maybe i'm just not afraid to say it.
