*Triv is wearing light powered armor, with a vaguely Greek-looking helmet on the table next to her. On her back are two weapons, one which appears to be a short metal bar (approximately two feet long) and the other of which is a short sword* Okay, let's play a little "getting to know you" here. We're going to need to be able to figure out who can do what best before we head in.
For those of you who don't know me - which to be frank is going to be most if not all of you - I'm Triv. Trivia Athenasia if you want to get formal, but I'll be the first to admit it's a bit of a mouthful, so why bother? I am... something over two thousand years old, and I've been a warrior, priestess, and scholar for as long as I can remember. I'm also a worldwalker, and I can teleport between intersections of any kind. *walks to where two rows of chairs intersect, and seems to go around a corner that isn't there, reappearing a couple of rows down* If the situation calls for it, I can pop in behind some enemy troops that way - I'll give you warning first, though, since I'd rather not get shot. I cannot, however, teleport from anywhere where there is no intersection, or from a stationary position.
*She pulls the staff off her back* My primary weapon, although I'll be using the disruptors once we get to the kids. It can be used at this length, or *it suddenly extends to six feet, and a thin but very sharp blade snaps out of one end* at full extension, at which point it's also useable as a spear. The butt end has an energy weapon similar to the Gou'a'uld zat guns, which can be used at either extension, although the longer version is both more accurate and more powerful. It can punch through about six inches of solid steel at full power, but there's limited charges for that. At heavy stun, it can be used pretty much indefinitely. I'm also an expert at hand-to-hand and very good at close combat - one of the reasons I volunteered for this team.
As far as my physical abilities - normally, I'm not much stronger than the average human, but powered armor puts me up with the guys we'll be going against. I heal fast, I have a lot of stamina, and if they do manage to kill me, give me a couple minutes and I'll revive. *hesitates... then continues* There is a limitation to that. If I'm decapitated, I don't come back. And there will be one hell of a light-show, which I'll try to direct towards the enemy, but no guarantees there. However, I've managed to avoid that this long, I'm not planning on it today.
I've got a couple magic tricks - the only one I'm likely to use here is going to be shielding, and that's only if something really big and nasty is coming our way. Most of my magical abilities are defensive, but I do have a couple of offensives which I will use in an emergency.
Who's next?
