Aspecial thank you to the friend that alerted the person involved with the dispute - otherwise, it might not have been straightened out as quickly.

After a significant talk with someone directly involved in the issue - I wish to correct my feelings about certain people "praying " for the team to lose so a retreat could be attended. It was apparebtly said in kidding - and although I know it had a significant impact on my kid - I believe that after seeing that person face to face - it probably was in jest alone (not to mention that I believe they had no idea how hard it would be taken. I should also apologize for the matter being vented in a blog - but as many of you know - I have more than one sour note to deal with where that church as a whole stands. However - with hindsight being 20/20 - perhaps the personal attack was a little overdone.
Well - if they can't win tomorrow night - we're done for the season...I know they all have their hearts in it - I just pray extra hard that they can come back from the adversity they have been facing.
