Finally started my DV project... after pondering many long days on how I was going to go about doing all this... hah. So at first I was gonna model my dear tree in Maya.. But after staring blankly at the damn program, I asked myself..Why am I turning a DV project into a Maya project? not necessary. and that was when I slapped myself in the face.
And so, I was gonna stick with a still image of a tree. Then Kirstin does her dandy skip by my room and giggles her little giggle while comparing my concept with that of JD's freshman animation..slow zoom ins, no animation....I think that is what motivated me to just do it old school.
So it is now 630am..and here's what I got. w00t! (if only Irra saw this, she'd be soo proud....not.)
