After having the same exact reaction I did, which was to exclaim, "HOW CAN YOU PICK JUST ONE QUOTE?!", she went with:
"Early days. Steering's off."
I'm going with:
"It's a thing in progress. Respect the thing."
Mostly because I've actually used that quote in real life, and, to me, that's always the sign of a good quote.
