It started on USA, but it will be out on DVD in July -- or it might on hulu.com. You can also download individual episodes through Amazon for . . . $2 each, I think. and something like $22 for the entire season.
If you watched the first 2 seasons of 'Chuck' (one of my new loves), the guy who played Bryce Larkin is the lead in WC. Yum.
You can kind of draw certain parallels between White Collar and Remington Steele--thief and con-man turns crime-solver--but no, they're ETA: *not* really similar in the framing of that conceit. (Oy. Not. They're *not* really similar....) The con-man, however, has jet-black hair and astoundingly blue eyes. Um. Yes.
It's great fun. The second season premieres on July 13, which is the same day the S1 DVDs come out (SO stupid). So, if you want to watch S2 live, I'd grab S1 from iTunes or something. There are only 14 episodes in S1--it shouldn't take long to catch up (though the pilot runs longer than the usual episodes).
If you can't get your hands on S1, and you need, um, some help--drop me a comment.
Like sexy thieves, you say? Then I recommend "How To Steal A Million", with Audrey Hepburn and Peter O'Toole. It's single-handedly responsible for my belief that the most romantic place for a first kiss is in the closet at a Parisian art museum. (see icon for further evidence)

(No, I'm not psychotically obsessed with White Collar, why do you ask?)

So, this White Collar of which you speak . . . it's vaguely Remington Steele-esque? Where do I find it?
