Everyone should think really positive thoughts that whatever force is in charge of the universe will see fit to give me a new job so that I can stop using my free time to fill out job applications and cry...

I will think good thoughts for you, sing songs, and dance dances.

One because you deserve a better job, two because it will mean more stories for us, and three because it will be good karma for me to GET a job.

Heh. Yes, I keep hoping such a thing as karma exists. Why is the economy still so terrible?!

We should have a mutual "good thoughts while job hunting" society. Maybe we can all cry together and have a big group hug of support. Then we can read the wonderful stories earlgreytea writes for us and feel all better.

Loved this story. Sweet and amusing, a nice snapshot of their lives.
