Oh, just... EVERYTHING. Everything everything everything. I am incoherent. You did the thing, that thing everyone wants to do in their stories, and it's always like, yeah, well, okay, I want that too, so okay -- but you did it HONESTLY and it makes SENSE and it WORKS and omg hot young Rose and DON'T YOU DARE REGENERATE David Tennant this Doctor. (There, that's the one and only time I'll be a greedy little fangirl and sound like I'm making a demand on an author. Cherish it; you will never see it again.)

KAAAAAATE. Kate and Rose. Awesome. I know you didn't put Kate in the final scene just to TAUNT us.
And to THINK! To THINK! I was going to send you a message about a MISTAKE you made earlier in this story, but now it's NOT A MISTAKE ANYMORE and you are SO SMART and my left pinky HURTS from all the HOLDING DOWN THE SHIFT KEY. DAMN YOU.
Pink. Tardises. OMG.
And of course the Doctor doesn't notice the little things about Rose's face that Rose would notice. OMG HEART.
I still can't remember which story it is in which one of the daughters is going on a date and the family is meeting the date in Brem's living room and I want to know where Brem has a living room!!
I need an icon more gleeful than the Sifl & Olly icon to express my glee.
There will probably be another comment when my brain has a chance to stop spinning, and I've reread like, a gazillion times.

I'm so glad to hear you say that it all works in this story. I was worried about it being a bit too neat, a bit too precious. So I'm glad it works!
I'm curious: What was the mistake you thought I made?
And Brem has a living room when he moves off-campus. That story is, I think, about Fortuna's first date, and the family was using Brem's apartment for a base of operations.

You had Rose discovering grey roots and dyeing them over, but in the story about Jack and an adult Fortuna, they mention Rose's dark roots and how the Doctor always wants to have the best hair on the TARDIS.
Also I shall message you via lj message about other things.
You must feel GREAT now that this story is complete.
