hi, is it alright if i combine my orders from the apparel and bottoms sprees into one order and post it all on this preorder page? will egp mail the items from both sprees together?
i have received my item from the apparel preorder, but it didn't come via reg mail with the skirt as requested. does this mean the skirt was oos, or that it's still on its way? (cant seem to find the status/updates for this spree, and didn't receive any notice of oos item/refund)
i just received the skirt today, but it's a defective product - there is a large tear at the waistband area. will provide photos if necessary. what's your return/refund policy?
