sad sonatas and my life
The last couple of months my life has revolved around Korean dramas, work, parties and such. Livejournal has been severely neglected. Pity, since i paid 25 bucks to have this account. This is life. Paying for something you don't even need or use.
To be honest, Korean dramas have taken over my life. I can't live without them. Copyrights are really starting to get on my nerves. Screw the rights of million dollar companies. Can't the common folk join tv w/out paying? Can't an obsessed American girl obsess without going broke? Seriously, I don't have 100 bucks for every time I want to watch a drama. Is it my fault American education doesn't teach us other languages? Surely I would have chosen Korean! Yes, so i can watch my drama for free on the Korean channel! God damn America!
Currently i'm reading a book on korean customs and etiquette in hopes that it will help me understand the dramas better. I get culture shock. It was written in 1999 and I don't know how out of date it really is. Christian bought me a book mark from Korea. Its lovely. Last month i bought a documentary on the Korean War, it was bad quality but it was cheap. Figures.
I really should write more often. I'm sorry livejournal friends. Forgive me.

Oh yeah, next week i'm going to Palm Springs for a mini-vacation for two. Anyone ever been? Suggestions on cool stuff to do?
