sean casey posted a link to www.hundredpushups.com yesterday. i read the site and got pumped. i got down on the floor to test my max and i did 12 which isn't terrible for someone who is not active at all. though being waifishly thin is on my side. i guess i lift a lot of gear around sometimes too. i'm gonna go for a thursday/saturday/monday regimen as i work on those days. i'll track my progress behind the cut. i hope to have a nice pair of man boobs by the end of the program. the good kind of man boobs.
