BLAAAAAAARRRT
So ever since I got here, I've been startled, woken, and otherwise confused by this horrible loud BLLAAAAAAAARRRRTTT noise every Wednesday morning. Twice each time. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from, and at first I was worried that something was very wrong in my room.
But nothing happened, and eventually I figured out the pattern of Wednesday mornings.
Nearly three months in, I've finally found out what the heck it is. They're testing the fire alarms.
Good to know! I'm glad that if I ever hear it some time other than Wednesday morning, I will know to leave the building.
