Yay!!
Today was great!! It was state finals today for IPA. G-CIPE was awesome!! We had practice early this morning for 3 hours, along with our 7 hour practice yestersday. At first, I thought that it was all pointless because working for that long before a performance would just make the ensemble tired. I was wrong. I actually think that it boosted our enthusiasm. I had so much energy today. We came in 2nd place. We tied with Tell City who had placed 1st during prelims. Decatur beat us, but that's really no big deal. They only beat us by .9 anyway. We were focusing on a great run rather than just a placement thing. It was our best show yet. After awards we got to go and eat at El Poops (Rodeo). That was a bunch of fun. I sat with Autumn, Adam, and New Jeff. We all had interesting conversations. They were mostly about Adam, and whether or not he was gonna be able to handle that spicy, hot burrito. It was funny. Once we were done eating there, we went back to Ben Davis and watched a few more bands. Center Grove's show was HOT!! I wouldn't doubt if they don't win WGI Finals. They are awesome!! Our ride home had to be the best part yet. Autumn and I sat together bc we were "talking" about something. It was pointless, but it was just bc we cared. New Jeff farted on the bus and it about killed us all. It smelled so bad that Autumn's nose starting bleeding. I was laughing so hard, i was crying. Well tomorrow is Sunday, and I obviously don't kno what I am doing yet. I'm obviously not gonna be hanging with the triple dating group bc that no longer exist. I don't kno why, but o well. Autumn asked me to go prom shopping with her and Caity tomorrow. I dunno if I will or not though. I think that I have written enough for one night. Later... AGAIN, GREAT JOB G-CIPE!!! I <3 YOU!!
