For all physicists / scientists on my f-list:
If you have some free time at hand today, go listen to the BBC’s production of
“Copenhagen”, a play about the controversial 1941 meeting between physicists Bohr and Heisenberg. It’s a bit slow at times and sometimes involves too much name-dropping for my taste, but still very interesting. A nice recap of the invention of Quantum Mechanics and a thought-provoking discussion about scientists’ responsibilities during war times.
It's only available for free listening until today!
For all non-physicists:
The play stars Benedict Cumberbatch. :-P
