Notes: Umm...this is from harlequinincepted's first prompt. From, like, weeks ago. I am muy tardy. But the prompt (waaaaay back then) was "Fake Boyfriends" and .... cobweb_diamond (I think?) had the idea that Arthur should have to be Eames's date when Eames needs to get into black-tie events....and I made that a musing on identity/forging, drunkenness, and competition. So. I did that.
( “I don’t need training wheels, Mr. Eames,” he said. It would have sounded petulant, probably, from anyone else. “It’s not my first time out of the gate.” )
