I think for the leather interior I'd go for charcoal grey.

Seconded. Red would be too much, with the red exterior as well, and beige is always a bad idea IMO.

I have to vote grey too. Althoough I also have no taste.

yep, grey sounds like a nice contrast to the outer colour, seeing as it's convertible and you'll show off both colours together.
Red would either be quite fun or Veryvery clashingly bad, and there'd be absolutely no way to predict which til you saw the finished car. Not a gamble worth taking IMHO.
