I just got off the phone with a patron who said she had a kind of crazy question and I should feel free to pass. It turned out it is actually a perfectly reasonable reference question. She wanted to know the quote from Monty Python and the Holy Grail about the swallow. I found it on IMDB. She was amused as was I!
