My dh and I were Tibetan Terrier breeders years ago in MD.
I am so disgusted with this bill. I only wish I lived in Massachusetts so I could express my opinion.

I just put it out there for my baby's breeder. I'm not in Mass either, but if I want another dog from this breeder (and believe me I do), then this bill has to be stopped.
