Don't judge but just - I can't. I have so many feelings. I stopped progress on all other series that I've been reading because I adore this series so, so, so much. Granted, it's not an epic masterpiece like Kate Daniels or Mercy Thompson. This series is less about worlds (though it does have some great world building), magic, and so on but more about feelings.
I can't help it. So yeah, I've been scarce lately because I've been doing nothing but reading The Academy Ghost Bird series. C.L. Stone is my crush. Ya'll know how much I loved my reverse harem manga series way back when. Like how Ouran Host Club and Fushigi Yuugi will always hold a special place in my heart. The same with this genre of same genre of Asian dramas, remember 1st Shop of Coffee Prince, Sungkyunkwan Scandal, Boys Over Flowers and pretty much any other series that I really, really have loved in my life. Imagine my surprise when I realized that there's an actual book reading list for reverse harem. Ugh. I'm sold. I especially love RH where there is an actual ménage. So yeah, The Academy Squee.
I'm out. Dying of feels. Reading my heart out, oooooh Ghost Bird I love you. Then, on to The Academy part deux, its other series, Scarab Beetle. I won't be accomplishing much for a while.
