long needed update
I suppose I should update because I should have a couple times and because it's been a while. Begining of May was SAC for IEEE. Rowan won 4 awards. It was a pretty good experience. The Monday after it was the ROV competition. We did really good except for the hydrophone which the wire came undone.
Saturday night of the next weekend was the IEEE Union League dinner. The Union League building was amazing. If you are ever there, go in the Lincoln room. The dinner was incredible. Fillman won the best college student award. Best of all, IEEE paid for the entire thing so I didn't have to pay a cent.
On Thursday, we played Ultimate against the Music majors. The beginning was very close, but then we scored 2 quick points and took the lead. We were winning 3-1, but then they subbed for a ringer and scored 4 points in about 10 minutes. The game ended 3-5 Music, but we are playing again next week. This time, I'm putting together a better Engineering team because last time, we just got whoever was around at the time.
This past weekend I hung out with Muldowney, Jesse, Dustin, and Pete on Friday and Sunday night and I hung out with McDonald, Tim, Drew, and thier friend Dave on Saturday.
Plummer, Tim, Mike G., and I are going to be in the townhouses next year. Also, Muldowney, Jesse, Dustin, and Pete are going to be right across from us. Next year is going to be awesome (housing-wise and hanging-out-wise anyway).
I've been playing a lot of Frisbee recently. I'm finally getting the filck down pretty good (About time, right?).
