5. Thirteen Nights of Halloween on ABC Family
6. the new daytime tv schedule on ABC Family, including Everwood and Sabrina the Teenage Witch, which just started yesterday
7. the weather
8. the leaves falling and getting raked into big piles
9. Fall Break (Oct. 18-22)
10. THE SEASON PREMIERE OF BATTLESTAR GALACTICA ON OCT. 6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
