(no subject)
Tonight I get to sleep in my own bed. For the first time in three weeks I have my own space again. We made the office into my bedroom and it actually worked out better than we thought. We'll finish up tomorrow and I'll start adding the homey touches soon. Can't find my lamp shades though *sigh* they're in a box.
Had my first actual work night at Target. Everyone gets trained on the registers. So that was a breeze thanks to the last nine months. But their system is even easier. How in the world can they say unemployment is up? There are jobs all over the place, and even stupid people could do some of them. Just lazy... sad.
There is a very good chance that I'll end up in Denton the night of the 25th. I"ll let you guys know more for sure as I haven't gotten my tickets. And it's even possible that I may be in Denton the night of the 31st too. But I will post more once I get tickets to Baltimore.
I'm going to go to bed now, watch tv on my tv, read my book in my bed with my monkey, darn it.
Anyways, bye bye for now. No work til Tuesday but I'm going to take a speciality/holiday store up on their part-time offer tomorrow. It's called Wisteria and is at Laguna Hills. Can't hurt to have extra income. Oh, and since I've been trained on the registers, I can now take on extra shifts. Woohoo.
