[It seemed like a normal day in the city save for the influx of visitors... however.. no one was expecting what was to come. It started with a light tremor, following in a few more seconds by another. There wasa rhythm to them. Thump- Thump- Thump. The more distressing part being that they kept increasing in magnitude and volume. Then without warning they stopped all together]

[The silence was instead filled by a booming sound-- almost like a roar? But nothing could be that massive, right?]
