Graduation!
To everyone: I'm sorry that I haven't updated in a while. This summer, I'm going to try to update more often than I do now. I've been a bad journaler. :(
The last 48 hours have been very busy for me. On Saturday (May 15th), I graduated from Lock Haven with a BA in Political Science and a minor in History. After graduation, my parents and brother took me out to lunch at Ruby Tuesday's. It was good. But, the day had a sad twist. My dad had brought one of the cars up to LH and the alternator died on the way to the restaurant. We had to leave the car up there to be fixed. He and I are going up tomorrow to get the car and looking for a car for me! WAHOO! :) (Thanks spoileduncgirl for the shout-out! :) )
Sunday, I worked with Mom at the Hot and Spicy Festival. I worked set up and passing out samples of spicy cheese. I had my fair share of food (Wow!) The festival had a new location, which I think was a good thing. I think that we raised a lot of money, but we won't know for a few days.
On the other hand, I can't wait for ENGLAND! I'm leaving for England on Sunday (May 23rd.) I'm going to spend 10 days over there. Half of my heritage is from Ireland/England/Scotland. This should be an interesting trip. I will try to get some of the pictures from the trip up on the journal as soon as I get back!!! :)
