things are really progressing in my life. the teaching thing is now full blown. currently trying to help my kids pass the ELA exams which are rough.
1,2,3,4 these are the numbers that define them as students, as scores. about all my kids failed part A of the practice exam today. damn. what am i going to do here? how will i raise these scores?
things at home are okay, trying to catch up on financial stuff and thankful to be living with someone who is kind, peaceful, considerate, and without a drug problem. I was telling chip last night how i knew i'd never be able to do this teaching thing while living in brooklyn. image that. well nah, i guess i'd rather not.
today is jordan's birthday, he turns 15, a month from now i'll be 29. very thankful to have contact going with him again.
